Police identify pregnant mother of 3 found slain in her Jacksonville house
A pregnant mother of three other children who was found slain in her Jacksonville home Tuesday has been identified by police. Felicia Rozelle Burney,  22, was in the third trimester of her fourth pregnancy when she was found dead by her roommate Tuesday morning. The unborn child did not survive.
